As the founder and owner of OhR Beauty, I bring over 10 years of experience in the skincare industry and a deep understanding of the unique needs of skin of color. My journey in skincare began since relocating to China 7 years ago. I've observed a skincare market as limited as South Africa's regarding products for skin of color. The prevalent focus in most Asian skincare products is on whitening rather than brightening, with the distinction between the two being as stark as night and day. My passion for skincare predates my move to China, originating from an unfortunate incident years ago when I suffered a severe burn on my cheekbone from using a very popular hair removal cream. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to feel confident in their skin and providing them with the tools they need to achieve their skincare goals.
